Jarvis Mail is a private tool used only by the owner of Northport Machine Shop to sort his own Gmail inboxes. It is not offered to the public, and no one outside the shop can sign in to it.
With the owner's permission (Google's own sign-in screen), it reads the owner's Gmail messages and labels so that it can file receipts under labels, move mail the owner has marked as junk to Trash, list the rest for the owner to review, and show his mail to him on the shop computer's screen. It sends an email only when the owner writes or approves it and presses Send himself, and it never permanently deletes anything.
With the owner's permission (Intuit's own sign-in screen), the same private tool reads the shop's own QuickBooks Online company - customers, invoices, payments and estimates - to show the owner what is owed and paid on the shop computer's screen. It changes nothing in QuickBooks on its own; anything entered there is entered at the owner's request.
Everything it reads stays on the shop's own computer. Mail content is not sold, shared, rented or given to anyone, not used for advertising, and not used to train any artificial-intelligence model. The sign-in token is stored only on that computer.
QuickBooks data is used only for that and is never shared. Jarvis Mail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The owner can remove Jarvis Mail's access at any time from his Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and Jarvis Books' access from QuickBooks (Settings, Apps); the data kept on the shop's computer is then deleted on request.
